Senior Accounting Assistant - Nespresso

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM is hiring a Senior Accounting Assistant for its Nespresso team in Asunción, Paraguay. The role provides accounting services to one of the Nespresso markets and works on a Monday to Friday shift from 06:00 to 16:00.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out the daily accounting activities for one of the Nespresso markets, ensuring financial processes are executed correctly.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
• Perform the daily reconciliation of company sales, including cash, credit cards, online payments and other payment methods.
• Identify, analyse and follow up on differences found in balance sheet accounts.
• Meet the main KPIs of the area, contribute to team targets and promote continuous improvement of business processes.

Required profile

• Degree (or currently studying) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Experience in accounting processes such as reconciliations, reports and balance sheets.
• Customer service orientation, teamwork, good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (not required).
