LAVORO is looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join its talent acquisition team. The role involves managing end‑to‑end search processes for a variety of client companies, quickly understanding business needs, and delivering high‑quality candidate matches.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for multiple sectors, from brief to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their strategic talent requirements.
• Source, assess, and present candidates, ensuring cultural and skill fit.
• Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, organization, and autonomy.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a curiosity to learn about diverse businesses.
• Ability to ask insightful questions, propose solutions, and follow through until completion.
