Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for business positions across an assigned region, segment, or product area. You will partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, coordinate selection processes, and support informed hiring decisions while contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and sharing market insights with People Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and regularly update job advertisements across recruitment channels.
• Source, screen, and select relevant candidate profiles for interviews.
• Schedule and conduct interviews throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare job offers and present them to selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide hiring managers and stakeholders with regular feedback and recruitment reports.
• Build external talent networks, contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, and share market insights with People Operations teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience for business positions.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, preferably in a technology environment.
• Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Skilled in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
