BIM Team Leader – MEP (Job Captain)

About the role

ENG is seeking an experienced BIM Team Leader (Job Captain) to head multidisciplinary MEP modeling teams on complex architectural and engineering projects. The role combines hands‑on Revit modeling with leadership, quality control and coordination responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor modelers across HVAC, plumbing and mechanical disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, best practices and delivery timelines.
• Identify and resolve missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs.
• Conduct detailed QA/QC reviews and clash detection using Navisworks (or Revizto).
• Develop and influence modeling strategies and coordinate with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent English – spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (architects with extensive MEP experience considered).
• Minimum 5 years of Revit and Navisworks experience on large‑scale MEP projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, anticipate issues and drive cross‑disciplinary coordination.
