About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to manage payroll sheets, analyse data and optimise administrative reports. The role involves preparing and administering salary payrolls, legal books and continuously updating employee records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process salary payrolls and legal payroll books.
• Maintain and update employee files, including contracts, onboarding documents, payslips, medical exams and other HR records.
• Operate the REOP and REI systems and handle related administrative procedures with public and private entities.
• Organise and archive documentation, preparing folders and documents required for tender processes.
• Handle invoicing and payments to suppliers and manage interactions with public agencies.

Required profile

• Graduate in an administrative or related field.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with payroll processing and legal payroll books.
• Familiarity with REOP, REI and REGOBPAT systems.
• Ability to manage HR files and documentation accurately.
