About the role

Our client, a provider of wellness services, is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to manage and book client appointments. The role includes handling inbound leads, confirming schedules with patients, and will be supported with comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

Provide feedback on leads to improve the outreach process.
Call patients to confirm their appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and addressing any questions.
Post relevant content on social media platforms to promote services and engage the audience.

Required profile

Experience with warm calling and texting, demonstrating ability to engage prospects effectively.
Proficiency in English at C2 level, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Motivated and bubbly personality, with an extraverted and collaborative approach to teamwork.
