About the role

Claro is looking for a Wallet Operations Analyst to manage and improve the processes that support its digital wallet services. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring key performance indicators, and enhancing both internal and end‑customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee timely compliance with wallet processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver required reports and business requests.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, providers, and merchant agents.
• Execute operational tasks for internal users and final customers.
• Administer all wallet‑related processes, including administrative, financial, agent, and customer workflows.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in similar roles handling financial reports and designing processes.
• Strong service orientation and ability to work in a dynamic, digital‑innovation environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office tools, especially intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP (preferred) and SQL (preferred).
