About the role

Logicalis is seeking a Senior Enterprise Network Analyst to lead technical assessments, documentation, and performance monitoring of client network infrastructures. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable networking services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical surveys of client infrastructure, identifying improvement opportunities, operational risks, and growth requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation of topologies, configurations, procedures, inventory, and change history.
• Analyze network capacity and performance, detect congestion points, and propose optimisation measures.
• Manage end‑to‑end network incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, coordinate with vendors, and implement corrective actions.
• Execute change‑management processes, ensuring proper planning, risk assessment, implementation, and validation.
• Monitor performance indicators, flag deviations, and drive continuous improvement of service availability and stability.
• Provide specialised technical support for networking platforms and collaborate on complex problem resolution.
• Participate in technology upgrade projects, infrastructure expansions, migrations, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Interact with manufacturers, suppliers, and client technical teams to coordinate activities and handle escalations.
• Produce technical and executive reports on infrastructure health and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administration, support and operation of corporate networking infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of switching, routing, network segmentation, communication protocols, perimeter security and WAN/LAN connectivity.
• Hands‑on experience with incident, problem and change management following IT service best practices.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics, diagnose faults and suggest enhancements.
