Administrador de Redes – On site

About the role

Logicalis is looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join its on‑site team in Paraguay. You will support client infrastructure, ensure network reliability, and contribute to technical projects while working Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical surveys of client networks, identifying improvement opportunities, operational risks and growth needs.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date documentation of topologies, configurations, procedures, inventory and change history.
• Analyze network capacity and performance, monitor resource utilization and detect potential congestion points.
• Manage end‑to‑end network incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, coordinate with manufacturers and apply corrective actions.
• Execute change‑management processes, ensuring proper planning, risk assessment, implementation and validation.
• Monitor performance indicators, propose optimisations and improve service availability and stability.
• Provide specialised technical support on networking platforms and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in technology upgrade projects, infrastructure expansions, migrations and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Interact with vendors, suppliers and client technical areas to coordinate activities and handle escalations.
• Generate technical and executive reports on infrastructure health and service status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in network administration and support.
• Ability to document technical processes and produce clear reports.
• Strong analytical skills for capacity planning and performance monitoring.
• Effective communication with vendors, internal teams and client stakeholders.
