About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Coordinator for its Patient Support Program (PSP) in Paraguay. The role involves managing interactions with patients, health institutions, and internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery of high‑cost medication access and support services.

Key responsibilities

• Interact actively with all stakeholders linked to the program, including patients, health institutions, and internal/external teams.
• Execute mandatory processes for each program, guaranteeing correct service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with program management indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate and monitor training for program participants.
• Manage pharmacovigilance and quality guidelines.
• Operate and administer the CRM platform.
• Analyze, evaluate, and segment patients to support medication access.
• Maintain documentation required for high‑cost medication.
• Develop and implement action plans to optimize medication access processes.

Required profile

• Graduate in Social Work, Nursing, or other health‑related fields with experience in Patient Support Programs.
• Strong knowledge of Paraguay’s health system, especially high‑cost medication access processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse profiles.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating Patient Support Program teams (mandatory).
• Familiarity with local health entities such as social security, prepaid plans, and related access mechanisms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system.
• Understanding of pharmacovigilance requirements.
