Healthcare Data Analyst (Remote)

About the role

The Healthcare Data Analyst will work at the intersection of clinical EMR data and biometric device data, turning complex information into actionable insights for product value and operational improvement. This fully remote role collaborates with product and data‑engineering teams to build automated metric pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clinical EMR and biometric device data to generate healthcare‑focused insights.
• Synthesize data from multiple rich clinical and operational sources.
• Develop robust metrics that demonstrate product value during go‑lives and expansions.
• Build pipelines to automatically generate and display defined healthcare metrics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and data‑engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with healthcare or clinical data.
• Strong experience using Databricks.
• Solid background in statistics.
• Experience with data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Claude Code (nice to have).
• Understanding of data engineering concepts (nice to have).
