Bilingual Appointment Setter – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

Our client connects patients with registered dietitians for medical nutrition therapy. They are seeking a bilingual Appointment Setter to guide patients through scheduling, onboarding and front‑office support in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software.
• Assist patients with onboarding to the virtual consultation platform.
• Support patient intake, verify information and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email and chat.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare administration or similar environment.
• Fluent in English (bilingual preferred).
• Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• High attention to detail, organization and dependability.
• Willingness to work a full‑time schedule (40 hours/week).
