About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to join a forward‑thinking organization focused on optimizing remote talent acquisition. This full‑time position is the first step in the client’s growth strategy, handling high‑quality lead engagement and scheduling meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute lead generation and outreach strategies as directed.
• Update and manage LinkedIn profiles to represent the company brand professionally.
• Use client‑provided scripts to ensure consistent messaging and high conversion rates.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Track and report outreach metrics to optimize appointment performance.

Required profile

• C2‑level English proficiency (fluent speakers preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in outreach or sales roles.
• Minimal accent to succeed in competitive outreach environments.
• Professional, performance‑driven, and able to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable following scripts while keeping conversations natural.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for lead management.
• Experience using CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
