Wholesale Sales Representative – Security Electronics (Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia)

About the role

ISTC Corp. is looking for a proactive Wholesale Sales Representative to develop its security electronics and infrastructure business across Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia. You will act as the main point of contact for wholesale distributors, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the portfolio of wholesale customers in the three target markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare commercial proposals.
• Coordinate order processing and negotiate terms with distributors and strategic partners.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and report results.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate project requirements into suitable security solutions.

Required profile

• Strong business planning and sales skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in wholesale sales within technology, connectivity or security electronics.
• Familiarity with the markets of Uruguay, Paraguay or Bolivia is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with international teams.
