Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO in a fast‑moving, high‑impact environment. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua or Paraguay. You will bring experience from any professional background and apply it to executive support and operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, maintain SOPs, documentation, and coordinate internal projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in any field (EA background not required).
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and delivering rigorous support.
• Fluent English (C1 level), written and spoken.
• At least one role with a minimum of two‑year tenure.
• Proactive attitude and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
