Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

You have led teams as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager and are ready to support a high‑level executive. This full‑time remote position supports a US or Canadian startup executive from anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua or Paraguay.

Key responsibilities

• Own the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, SOPs, documentation, manage projects and internal coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or customer‑service role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• C1 level English, both written and spoken.
• Proven tenure of at least 2 years in a previous role.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion; enthusiastic about AI tools.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every 6 months.
