Virtual Assistant

About the role

You will provide administrative and operational support to a team in the financial services industry. This role requires managing schedules, assisting with client accounts, and supporting team members. You will handle multiple responsibilities and ensure excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Bob’s calendar, schedule appointments, and communicate with clients and prospects.
• Assist with the administration and servicing of eight 401(k) plans.
• Provide customer service and follow up on client requests.
• Assist with new account openings, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Support Carolina with billing and quarterly meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, track pending tasks, and coordinate team activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential financial information.
• Basic knowledge of investment accounts, IRAs, and 401(k) plans.
