About the role

As a Shopping Sales Associate at Holdsco, you will be the first point of contact for customers in a mall store, providing a friendly and attentive shopping experience. This is a full‑time, temporary position based on‑site in Paraguay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers who visit the store.
• Present products, answer questions and guide shoppers through the purchase process until the sale is closed and payment is received.
• Handle cash register operations and process payments.
• Restock merchandise, maintain order and cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Perform basic stock control and support inventory counts.

Required profile

• Strong commercial aptitude and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent listening, advising and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with initiative and a positive approach.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage product replenishment and cash handling.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, in an inclusive environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for payment processing and record keeping.
