About the role

The Shopping Salesperson will welcome visitors to the store, proactively present products and guide customers through the entire purchase journey. This temporary, onsite position is based in Paraguay and works within a dynamic, results‑driven commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the store, offering products proactively and supporting them throughout the buying process.
• Restock merchandise, keep the sales floor tidy and visually appealing, and ensure product displays follow company guidelines.
• Handle cash register operations, process payments, manage exchanges and returns.
• Perform basic stock control and assist with inventory checks.

Required profile

• Strong commercial orientation with the ability to identify customer needs and close sales efficiently.
• Excellent customer service attitude: friendly, clear communication, positive demeanor, and ability to resolve in‑store issues.
• Organised and team‑oriented, responsible for store upkeep and adherence to internal procedures.
• Flexible availability to work commercial hours, including weekends and holidays.
