Telecom Administrator

About the role

As a Telecom Administrator you will support the registration, control and security of messaging traffic across multiple channels and regions, ensuring compliant and high‑quality traffic for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the global sender registration database.
• Process customer sender registration requests directly with mobile network operators and suppliers.
• Ensure traffic security through content restrictions and template registration.
• Order numbers (VLN/SC) and enable two‑way communication setup between customers and end users.
• Handle OTT traffic registration across channels such as WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, Line and others.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of registration actions and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance across defined processes.
• Support a strong internal and external customer experience by staying attentive to end‑user needs.

Required profile

• Interest in telecom, messaging or technical operations roles.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and compliance requirements.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer experience.
• Willingness to learn technical tools and registration workflows.
