About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Supervisor to lead our growing real‑estate development company’s team of advisors specialized in first‑time home purchases. The role involves training new advisors, accompanying them on‑the‑job, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of real‑estate advisors focused on first‑home sales.
- Provide training and on‑the‑job support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor progress against objectives and take corrective actions when needed.
- Coordinate weekend activities and field visits as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading commercial teams selling homes financed through bank credit (mandatory).
- Background in real‑estate sales, preferably first‑home transactions (preferred).
- Own transportation and ability to work weekends.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Ability to manage performance indicators.
