Insurance Housing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Insurance Housing Specialist to manage mid‑term rental (MTR) and insurance housing cases for US‑based clients. The role is fully remote and involves end‑to‑end case management, property matching, and coordination with policyholders, adjusters, landlords, and property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MTR and insurance housing cases from placement through move‑out, handling ALE approvals, extensions, and documentation.
• Match displaced policyholders with suitable properties based on needs, budget, location, and duration.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, policyholders, landlords, and property owners throughout the housing process.
• Negotiate rental terms, extensions, and resolve urgent housing situations professionally.
• Maintain accurate case records and follow‑ups using CRM/PMS platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance housing, temporary housing, relocation, or MTR/property management.
• Hands‑on understanding of Additional Living Expenses (ALE) processes.
• Strong case‑management, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active cases and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/PMS platforms such as ReloQuest, Yardi/Yardi Voyager, AppFolio, RealPage, Rent Manager, Propertyware, DoorLoop.
