About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Supervisor to lead and strengthen our sales team in Ciudad del Este. The role is based on‑site and requires a proactive leader who can drive results and develop talent.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the commercial team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure results align with objectives.
- Track daily sales activities and provide actionable feedback.
- Participate in recruitment, selection and training of new sales staff, especially in telephony, credit and appliance segments.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team.
- Own transportation and residence close to the branch.
- Experience in recruiting and training commercial teams is a plus.
