Sales Support Junior

About the role

As a Sales Support Junior you will help keep backend operations running smoothly by handling administrative and operational tasks. You will work closely with senior team members to activate accounts, set up products, and provide ongoing support for customers of Infobip’s cloud communication platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in activating accounts and products following established procedures.
• Support the setup of email domains, number ordering, and other account activation activities.
• Configure free trial and test senders for new accounts.
• Help create and manage user accounts under supervision.
• Maintain billing address information and support price changes and route updates.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some experience in administrative or operational roles.
• Basic understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
