About the role

The Telemarketing Commercial Management Supervisor will drive the achievement of commercial targets for the telemarketing channel, working with exclusive agents. The role involves monitoring productivity indicators, leading projects, and supporting commercial planning and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Boost inbound and outbound sales productivity by implementing projects and refining processes.
• Lead daily commercial operations for the telemarketing channel.
• Oversee the generation of business indicators by assigned analysts.
• Identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with all relevant company areas.
• Create new business metrics to measure commercial productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Claro's commercial processes and procedures for agents.
• Conduct audits of agent sales structures and active line delivery processes.
• Provide feedback to agents on productivity deviations and enforce corrective actions.
• Implement continuous improvement plans for agent sales processes.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar supervisory or commercial management role.
• Student or graduate in Systems, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent competence.
• Strong analytical ability to build and interpret management reports.
• Organizational and negotiation skills with internal and external clients.
• Service‑oriented mindset and simple, clear thinking.
