About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team at the Costanera Shopping Center in Encarnación. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales directly on the shop floor, representing the company’s values and ensuring a smooth, efficient shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized attention and high‑quality service to every customer in the store.
• Execute direct sales processes and advise customers on available products.
• Record sales transactions and basic commercial information using computer tools and spreadsheets.
• Maintain an organized and attractive presentation of the sales area.
• Collaborate actively with the team to achieve the store’s commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Basic computer skills, especially with spreadsheets and data entry systems.
• Service‑oriented, proactive, with strong interpersonal communication.
• Availability for rotating commercial schedules.
• Residence in Encarnación or nearby areas.
