About the role

AutoZone is looking for a Sales Representative to support floor operations in a retail store. The role involves merchandising, customer assistance, and cash‑handling to help achieve the store’s operational and commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain floor merchandising by arranging merchandise, handling excess stock and truck deliveries according to store guidelines.
• Execute correct planograms and scan merchandise for inventory counts.
• Perform product fronting, labeling, and participate in opening, closing and cleaning tasks to ensure proper product presentation.
• Assist customers in‑store and by phone, providing product location, specifications, functions and pricing information.
• Operate the cash register, process cash and card transactions, handle returns and follow cash‑handling policies.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Previous experience as a storekeeper, cashier or general assistant.
• Customer‑service experience is desirable.

• POS system operation.
• Inventory scanning.
• Planogram implementation.
