About the role
AutoZone is looking for a Sales Representative to support floor operations in a retail store. The role involves merchandising, customer assistance, and cash‑handling to help achieve the store’s operational and commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain floor merchandising by arranging merchandise, handling excess stock and truck deliveries according to store guidelines.
- Execute correct planograms and scan merchandise for inventory counts.
- Perform product fronting, labeling, and participate in opening, closing and cleaning tasks to ensure proper product presentation.
- Assist customers in‑store and by phone, providing product location, specifications, functions and pricing information.
- Operate the cash register, process cash and card transactions, handle returns and follow cash‑handling policies.
Required profile
- Completed high school education.
- Previous experience as a storekeeper, cashier or general assistant.
- Customer‑service experience is desirable.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
- Inventory scanning.
- Planogram implementation.
