Senior Procurement Support Assistant (Temporary, 6 months)

About the role

Integrated Business Services LATAM in Asunción, Paraguay, is hiring a temporary Senior Procurement Support Assistant for a 6-month period. The role manages the early stages of the supplier lifecycle, ensuring that information and documents are validated so that Vendor Master Data can be updated correctly in SAP. The shift is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of new supplier records and the updates needed to keep supplier information accurate and current in the system.
• Review official documents submitted by suppliers to ensure they meet validation standards.
• Follow up on bank authentication processes to guarantee the accuracy and security of financial data.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers and external partners to close tickets within the agreed SLA.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced English, written and spoken.
• Strong sense of urgency and customer orientation.
• Excellent communication skills; customer service experience is an advantage.
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or currently studying it.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
