Senior Business Order Administration Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Business Order Administration Analyst you will join the Nespresso BOA team within Integrated Business Services LATAM. You will support end‑to‑end e‑commerce order administration for Nespresso markets across the region, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate online customer registrations and account information.
• Process customer orders and account updates before cut‑off times to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor transactions for potential fraud risks in the e‑commerce channel.
• Analyse operational performance using KPIs, reports and dashboards.
• Support markets with complex operational issues and drive timely resolution through stakeholder management.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements, quality standards and internal controls.
• Identify and propose process improvements and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, market teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Experience in e‑commerce order administration or related finance/record‑to‑report processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
