Scrum Master - Remote Work

About the role

As a Scrum Master at BairesDev, you will guide distributed development teams through Agile practices, ensuring smooth delivery of high‑impact technology projects for global clients. You will act as a coach, facilitator, and impediment‑remover, helping the team achieve confidence and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodology across the team.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner in refining and estimating backlog items.
• Monitor project status using Agile metrics and generate clear reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and unblock any issues that hinder team progress.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Advanced level of English communication skills.
• Valid US B1‑B2 visa or ESTA is mandatory.
• Experience in IT companies is desirable.
