Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer to design, develop, and support advanced customer service solutions for our nearshore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for contact center operations.
• Develop and enhance Agentforce AI agents, including topics, instructions, prompts, grounding, and integrations with Salesforce and external systems.
• Build scalable Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Create and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Design and maintain various Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched).
• Configure platform capabilities such as objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, permission sets, custom metadata, and settings.
• Perform administration tasks including user management, security, case management, queues, Omni‑Channel, reporting, and Service Cloud Voice integration.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Flows, and integrations.
• Experience collaborating with business analysts, architects, QA, product owners, and distributed teams.
