Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote position you will build relationships, identify prospects, and close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and follow‑up calls.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts where applicable.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, Account Executive or similar role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead‑generation tools.
