About the role
Join GCG, a leading provider of aviation and airport culinary services across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Hygiene/Busboy you will play a vital part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our restaurant and kitchen environments.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure daily, efficient cleaning of all kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Maintain hygiene standards throughout the dining and food‑preparation areas.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to protect staff and guests.
- Support the culinary team by keeping workspaces organized and free of contaminants.
- Report any maintenance or supply issues to supervisors promptly.
