About the role

This full‑time remote position supports the recruiting team by identifying qualified candidates and maintaining accurate sourcing data. The role is ideal for a tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented individual who can work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

Source qualified candidates on Indeed and additional sourcing platforms.
Review resumes against hiring criteria.
Track sourcing activity in Google Sheets.
Maintain organized and accurate candidate records.
Report daily sourcing progress and meet weekly sourcing goals.

Required profile

Clear, excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
Entry‑level experience.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Confidence working independently.
Goal‑oriented mindset.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
Based in Paraguay.

What we offer

Salary: $1,200 per month (visible to candidates).
Schedule: Sunday‑Thursday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST (Friday & Saturday off).
