Reductions Specialist

About the role

The Ward Law Group is looking for an experienced Reductions Specialist to join our personal injury team. In this role you will play a critical part in negotiating medical bills, provider balances, and liens, helping our clients receive the maximum compensation possible.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens on behalf of personal injury clients.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reduction matters.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.
• Prepare closing statements and related case documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum two years of recent experience in personal injury reductions, lien negotiation, or medical bill negotiation.
• Proven experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
• Background working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

Required skills

• Litify case management software.
