About the role

The company is a global organization seeking a Contracts Manager to lead all contractual aspects of complex national and international projects. The role requires strong negotiation, drafting, and risk‑management skills while supporting project financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract administration with clients and major subcontractors, including drafting and negotiating contracts, change orders, claims, and related correspondence.
• Coordinate contractual matters with corporate functions such as legal, tax, finance, and insurance.
• Analyze and control project risks and opportunities, evaluating financial impact and recommending mitigation measures.
• Support project financial management by tracking costs, forecasting cash flow, and providing performance analysis for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Law.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in contract management for complex projects.
• Proven leadership abilities and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis and reporting.
