QA Lead – Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on QA Lead to own quality engineering for a large‑scale retail platform built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The role requires deep e‑commerce testing expertise and the ability to guide distributed QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across functional, automation, regression, performance and production testing.
• Coordinate with client QA, engineering, product and cross‑functional teams to plan testing for features, integrations, promotions, payments and releases.
• Drive Playwright + TypeScript automation and manage JMeter performance/load testing and reporting.
• Oversee defect management, test coverage, release readiness and QA metrics.
• Support production releases, including after‑hours validation when required.
• Lead distributed QA teams and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role for large‑scale e‑commerce applications.
• Proven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable commerce platforms.
