DevOps Engineer (LATAM)

About the role

Deel is looking for a DevOps Engineer with a passion for automation and next‑gen infrastructure to help scale its SaaS platform across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage AWS production deployments on EKS, including Kubernetes, S3, Postgres, DocumentDB and related services.
• Design and develop CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools for cloud‑based production systems.
• Enhance production stability, availability and reliability through monitoring, observability and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, update and troubleshoot micro‑services, databases and related tooling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of DevOps experience in production environments.
• Strong background in Docker, Kubernetes and AWS services.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Drone, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Results‑driven attitude with a commitment to completing tasks.
