Python AI Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Python AI Engineer to enhance an enterprise AI assistant that serves thousands of employees. You will work on a production system, extending its agent and retrieval layers while ensuring robust evaluation of AI behavior. The position is fully remote and requires collaboration with a global team of top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Develop LangGraph flows and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines over structured and unstructured sources.
• Maintain evaluation coverage for the AI behavior you ship.
• Extend the existing Next.js front‑end where your features require it.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python (8+ years for lead‑level scope).
• Proven experience delivering LLM systems in production, not just prototypes.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured data sources.
• Solid experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
