Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across Latin America. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including Scrum meetings, to drive project momentum.
• Define project goals, objectives, and schedules that support the overall business strategy.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet project milestones.
• Develop, track, and document all project aspects, from scope to deliverables.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, adjusting plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into actionable project plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines.
