Outbound Calls Representative (Remote, English)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Calls Representative to join our international team remotely. You will work from a quiet home office, speaking fluent English, and help collect data from clients by calling pre‑defined lists.

Key responsibilities

• Dial a provided list of clients and conduct structured conversations in English.
• Gather required information and accurately fill out application forms.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update client records.
• Collaborate with the team and attend training sessions conducted in English.

Required profile

• Fluent or professional level English (C1/C2).
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and using a computer for data entry.
• Reliable desktop or laptop with a wired or stable Wi‑Fi connection.
• Quiet remote workspace.
• Enthusiasm for helping people and working with an international team.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and call logging.
