Client Service / Sales Agent – Financial Services (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Client Service / Sales Agent to support a financial services company. The agent will engage with existing and prospective clients by phone, gather inquiries, and qualify leads for the closing team. The role requires consistent follow‑up and accurate logging of all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Communicate with clients via phone, SMS, and email using the company’s CRM.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow‑up actions.
• Qualify leads and transfer them to the sales/closing team.
• Log every client interaction in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service or sales.
• Fluent English with a neutral or minimal accent.
• Strong verbal communication and sales orientation.
• Ability to prioritize call quality over volume.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑2 PM PT (≈20‑25 hrs/week).

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM platform (proprietary system).
