About the role

We are looking for a Bakery Operator to produce pastry items for airline catering and concession partners. The role is based in Asuncion and contributes to delivering high‑quality baked goods that meet strict airline standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastry products according to production schedules.
• Ensure each item meets defined quality, weight, portion size, presentation and packaging specifications.
• Perform regular checks to verify compliance with airline and concession standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with food‑safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and discipline.
• Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures accurately.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bakery production processes.
• Experience with portion control and quality inspection.
