MarTech Solutions Architect

About the role

Apply Digital is seeking a full‑time MarTech Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of Customer Data Platforms, CRM and marketing automation systems for a diverse portfolio of consumer and entertainment brands. The role combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the implementation of CRM, CDP and/or marketing automation platforms from initial planning through code deployment.
• Identify technology‑driven opportunities, recommend tools, and design complete MarTech stacks from scratch.
• Produce specifications and requirements for internal technical teams and collaborate with project managers and engineers.
• Lead implementation projects, maintain clear communication with clients, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert in sales presentations and client meetings, articulating best practices and solution benefits.
• Provide marketing analytics and reporting support as needed.
• Understand user journeys, multi‑channel messaging, and map user states and events.

Required profile

• Full‑time career focus on MarTech, AdTech or product development.
• Experience consulting across multiple client accounts and influencing technical outcomes.
• Ability to work remotely in Canada (ET/PT hours) or Spain (overlapping ET/PT).
