Homecare Process Analyst

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Homecare Process Analyst to support its healthcare operations. In this role you will combine data analysis, process improvement and change management to help the organization deliver smarter, safer care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operations management insights to improve productivity through process improvement and workforce performance.
• Oversee analytical functions such as compliance, continuous improvement, workforce management, productivity tracking and KPI projections.
• Facilitate change management by identifying impacts, mitigating risks and communicating changes to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Partner with other functional areas to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Recognize impacts on related processes and ensure communication of issues and proposed solutions to appropriate owners.

Required profile

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in data compilation, trend analysis and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Legal authorization to work in the employment country without sponsorship; valid U.S. visa if travel is required.
• Ability to collaborate in diverse, multi‑functional environments.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Power BI and Access Database.
• Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Basic to intermediate working knowledge of SQL, Python or other query languages.
