Marketing Specialist – Email, SEO & Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Specialist to lead email, content, SEO and social media initiatives for our global talent network. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, executing and optimizing campaigns, especially within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, test, deploy and optimise email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Design and manage automated journeys, audience segmentation and lifecycle programmes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, calls‑to‑action, send times and audience segments.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as open rates, click‑through rates, conversions and engagement.
• Write and edit high‑quality blog posts and SEO‑focused content, refresh existing articles and ensure on‑brand messaging.
• Create compelling social‑media copy, support the content calendar and adapt campaign messaging for each channel.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on email marketing and automation.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality written content for blogs, SEO and social platforms.
• Willingness to learn or deepen expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud if not already familiar.
