About the role

We are looking for a Solid Machine Operator to join the Solid Area at QUIMFA, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to producing medicines that improve people’s quality of life. The role combines hands‑on plant operation with strict adherence to pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, ensuring continuous, efficient, and high‑quality production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate specialized industrial machinery for solid‑dose drug manufacturing.
• Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout all activities.
• Execute assigned production processes while meeting technical specifications and quality standards.
• Manage and file technical and administrative documentation related to the production process.
• Diagnose, report, and resolve production line incidents promptly.
• Adapt to operational schedules and shift changes as required by production needs.

Required profile

• Complete secondary technical education, preferably in General Mechanics, Electromechanics or Industrial Chemistry.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar operational role within industry.
• Solid knowledge of GMP regulations.
• Ability to handle and complete production documentation accurately.
• Full‑time availability, flexibility with shift changes, and capacity to work under pressure.
