Junior Project Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

Skyro Digital is an email and SMS marketing agency that manages retention marketing for 25+ fast-growing eCommerce brands. It is hiring a Junior Project Manager for a full-time, fully remote position. You will work alongside Account Managers on a portfolio of client accounts, handling timelines, approvals, hand-offs, client updates and quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Keep accounts ahead of schedule by maintaining campaign calendars so each brand stays a full week ahead of its send date.
• Act as the communication hub in Slack, updating clients daily on what is completed, in progress and coming next.
• Manage approvals: send work to clients, consolidate feedback, hold revisions to an agreed number of rounds and follow up until signed off.
• Chase missing brand assets, platform access and client sign-off, tracking every open item with an owner and a date.
• Moving work through the pipeline by coordinating copy, design, build and scheduling across account, design and technical teams.
• Run pre-send checks on every email: segments and exclusions, links, discount codes, preview text, rendering and proofreading.
• Support client calls by preparing agendas and materials, taking notes and sending clear recaps with action items.
• Maintain trackers and account documentation so everything is accurate and up to date.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; you will write to clients every day.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with a proactive but helpful follow-up style.
• Able to work independently and stay accountable in a fully remote environment.
• Available to work hours with strong overlap with US business hours.
• Previous experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, operations assistant or similar is a great fit.

Required skills

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Experience with Notion, Asana, ClickUp or similar tools is a plus.
• No Klaviyo or email marketing experience required; training is provided.
