Capitán Lott is looking for a Junior Performance Digital specialist who enjoys working with data, investigating why campaigns succeed or fail, and turning insights into concrete actions. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with a few months of experience who have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare concise reports that translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior performance, strategy, and analytics team members on real projects.
• Experiment with generative AI tools to improve analysis, automate routine tasks, and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional (approximately 6 months of experience) with a strong analytical orientation.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn and grow in performance marketing.
• Interest in applying generative AI to marketing workflows, even if not yet experienced.
• Educational background or knowledge in analytics, engineering, programming, mathematics, or related technical fields is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience with Google Ads.
